Some Like It... Black

Μετά την λάμψη των Golden Globe Awards, οι διάσημες και αγαπημένες κυρίες του Hollywood αποφάσισαν να χαλαρώσουν τις εμφανίσεις τους στο κόκκινο χαλί των Producers Guild Awards. Έτσι, χωρίς άγχος και χωρίς να χάσουν καθόλου από το στυλ τους, κατέληξαν στην κλασική επιλογή του μαύρου χρώματος σε μακριές τουαλέτες διακοσμημένες με δαντέλα και παγιέτες. Τα αξεσουάρ τους παρέμειναν κι αυτά αρκετά "ήσυχα", ίσα-ίσα για να συμπληρώσουν τα looks τους.

Μερικές από τις εμφανίσεις που το Starbags αγάπησε ήταν της Sofia Vergara που έλαμπε μέσα σε μια Monique Lhuillier δημιουργία, της Jessica Chastain με Balenciaga τουαλέτα και μακριά σκουλαρίκια σε έντονο χρώμα και φυσικά της Angelina Jolie με το maxi Micheal Kors φόρεμά της.

Following the glamour of the Golden Globe Awards, the much loved and famous stars of Hollywood decided to tone it down on the red carpet of the Producers Guild Awards. So, without stressing and without losing any of their style, they mostly went for the classic black, in long gowns decorated with lace or sequins. Their accessories were also on the quiet side, just a simple completion to their look.

Some of the appearances which Starbags particularly liked were those of Sofia Vergara resplendent in a Monique Lhuillier creation, Jessica Chastain in a Balenciaga gown, matched with long earrings in a bold colour, and of course Angelina Jolie in her maxi Michael Kors.

Τα Golden Globe Awards πραγματοπoιήθηκαν με επιτυχία και πολλές από τις καλεσμένες απέσπασαν δυνατό χειροκρότημα για τις στυλιστικές τους επιλογές, ενώ άλλες δεν ήταν τόσο τυχερές!

The Golden Globe Awards took place with great success and many of the guests received rave reviews for their stylistic choices, whilst others were not quite so lucky!

Η κολακευτική Chanel επιλογή της Julianne Moore ολοκληρώθηκε με επιτυχία χάρη στα έντονα σμαραγδί σκουλαρίκια που έφταναν μέχρι τον γυμνό της λαιμό. 
Την skinny φιγούρα της έντυσε η Angelina Jolie με Versace τουαλέτα που ταίριαξε με κατακόκκινες πινελιές για ένα super chic αποτέλεσμα.
Η Εmma Stone μαγνήτισε τα βλέμματα με το δυο-τόνων μάξι Lanvin φόρεμα και τα δυναμικά αξεσουάρ που έδωσαν ροκ αέρα στην εμφάνισή της.

Η Julie Bowen εμφανίστηκε με δημιουργία της Λιβανέζας σχεδιάστριας Reem Acra για glamour εμπνευσμένο από το παλιό Hollywood.

Julianne Moore’s flattering Chanel choice was successfully completed with the bold emerald earrings hanging down to her bare neckline.
Angelina Jolie dressed her skinny figure in Versace and matched it with bold red touches for a super chic result.
Emma Stone was admired for her two-tone Lanvin gown matched with strong accessories which gave a rock air to her appearance.
Julie Bowen appeared in a creation by Lebanese designer, Reem Acra, for a glamorous look inspired from old Hollywood.

Αν και άκρως εντυπωσιακή μέσα στη Marchesa δημιουργία της, η Lea Michele το παράκανε λιγάκι με την ασημόσκονη και το αρκετά εκτεθειμένο σώμα της.

Σε αντίθεση με την προηγούμενη κυρία, η Connie Britton επέλεξε ένα απλό Ιταλικό vintage midi φόρεμα που έκανε την εμφάνισή της να περάσει σχεδόν απαρατήρητη.

H Kelly Osbourne μας έχει συνηθήσει σε ιδιαίτερες εμφανίσεις, αλλά αυτή ήταν μια από τις χειρότερες στιγμές μιας και το ύφασμα της Zac Posen τουαλέτα της θύμιζε πουφ-σκαμπό.

Τέλος, η  Αmanda Peet εμφανίστηκε στο κόκκινο χαλί με κάτι ανάμεσα σε νυφικό ξεθαμμένο από τα 90's και νυχτικό ρομαντικής παιδούλας δια χειρός Marc Jacobs.

Although totally impressive in her Marchesa creation, Lea Michele slightly overdid it with the silver glitter whilst too much flesh was on show.
In total contrast to the previous lady, Connie Britton chose a simple Italian vintage midi dress and her appearance passed by practically unnoticed.
Kelly Osbourne normally makes unique appearances, but this was one of her worst moments as the material her Zac Posen gown was made of was reminiscent of a pouf chair.
Finally, Amanda Peet appeared on the red carpet wearing something caught between a wedding gown left over from the 1990s and a romantic heroine’s night gown, made by Marc Jacobs.
